This small value shows how unphysical are the consequences of the saturation mechanism built into SV through the strong momentum dependence and results in an unphysically low isoscalar effective mass $m^*/m\approx 0.38$. Although SV has a relatively reasonable global strength of the symmetry energy $a_{\mbox{\rm\scriptsize{sym}}}$, its physical origin is incorrect.
