I work in the Solid State Division of the Institute of Experimental Physics at University of Warsaw. I am a member of a group conducted by prof. Jan A. Gaj and prof. Michał Nawrocki.Currently, my research focuses on metal - semiconductor nanocomposites. I investigate wide-gap semiconductors like GaN and ZnO containing, respectively, Fe and Co metallic nanocrystals. My research is done in a frame of the ERC project "FunDMS" headed by prof.
