On 1st of July 2008 I defended my PHD thesis :
   Investigation of astrophysical phenomena in short time scales with ,,Pi of the Sky'' apparatus.

Currently I am working on my PHD in Pi of the Sky project. The experiment is looking for optical counterparts of Gamma Ray Bursts  ( GRB ). The experiment is now being developed it is planed to cover 1/4 of the sky. The prototype apparatus is working in Las Campanas Observatory in Chile. The final version of the experiment consisting of 2 sets of 16 cameras separated by distance of ~50-100 km is planed to start collecting data in 2007.
In the project I am responsible for the software development. My work concentrates mainly on the following subjects :
