Running fast photometry cataloging

1. Old data re-processing and directory structure corrections

• old data had not good structure of catalogs and astrometry was not finished due to lack to CPU time so I run :
   fix_all_fast_photo! - script fixing all old fast photometry catalog structure to new ( ast1/ ast2/ mag1/ mag2/ etc ... ) and
   runs missing astrometry ( uses script for single night fixing : fix_old_fast_photometry! )
  
• after astrometry was finished , ast files were cataloged to database at fast@heplx42
