    Information for Speakers

    Conference Fee
    The conference fee prepaid before 30 May 2002 is:
    220 USD or 250 EUR
    Late registration:
    300 USD or 340 EUR
    The special „student” fee (without proceedings)
    140 USD or 160 EUR
    Registration fee for Accompanying person (Reception and diner)
    50 USD or 55 EUR
    We regret, but no refunds will be possible.


    Passport and Visa
    Each participant is responsible for obtaining a passport and a visa when applicable. Please check with your local Polish Embassy or Consulate, at least 3 months before the conference, what documents are required.

    Letters of Invitation
    Upon request, the organizing committee will issue a letter of invitation for those who need help with necessary procedures for attendance. No financial commitment is implied in a letter of invitation.

    Accomodation
     Grand  - three star hotel situated in the city center (walking distance -10 minuts - to the conference place) - 31 May 2002 Hotel Reservation Deadline

    Hotel reservation should be made through First Class travel agency – hotel reservation form.

    It is also still possible to reserve few rooms in the cheaper Warsaw University "Sokrates" hotel and Institute of Physics hotel. They are both away from the city downtown. The Conference location will be in the Faculty of Physics of Warsaw University. It takes about 30-40 min to reach Conference location from these hotels using public transportation. For such solution please contact the Conference Secretary.
