Information for speakers All talks at the Conference take place in the Old Library located in the main University Campus at Krakowskie Przedmiescie 26/28. The multimedia and overhead projectors will be available. The start and end times of all talks are given in the Programme webpage. The allocated slots include 5 minutes at the end of each talk for questions and answers. Every effort will be made to keep to the time schedule, and to better facilitate this, use of the speaker's own laptop for presentations cannot be accommodated. The files containing presentations should be sent to the Scientific Secretariat at the address planck07@fuw.edu.pl by Thursday, June 7 at the latest. This should be done as early as possible to be loaded onto the local computers and to ensure the file is fully compatible with the local computers. In cases of actual emergencies a file on a flash or on a CD will be accepted if delivered one session before the scheduled talk at the latest. The suggested document electronic format is PDF in Landscape. Speakers requiring sophisticated (animated) slides can send their talk in PowerPoint format but they need to ensure that the fonts are saved together with the body of the talk.
