We envisage the workshop as a very informal meeting, with about 30 participants and with emphasis on the time for active interactions. The first session will start at Hoza 69 on Saturday (February 10) at 10:00. We suggest you arrive around 9:30, take the main entrance and follow the signs to the conference room of the Institute of Theoretical Physics.
The participants will be accomodated in the University Hotel Hera at Belwederska 26/30 starting from Friday (February 9) - the hotel bill can be paid with credit cards. The hotel can be reached from the airport (12 km) by town buses (no. 175 to the City Centre and 131 to the hotel) or preferably by taxi. We strongly suggest to take a taxi marked with MPT 919 - they are available in front of the arrival exit. Bus tickets can be bought in newspaper kiosks (2.40 zloty) or from the driver (3.00 zloty) and should be punched (validated) after entering the bus. The taxi price depends on the company - standard price: 1.60 - 2.00 zloty/km. 1 US$ = 4.10 zloty.
We estimate the minimal cost of the stay in Warsaw to be 50 US$ per day per person (including the University Hotel). Warsaw University will cover all general costs related to organization of the workshop.
