Handheld Spectrum Analyser
This project was built as a school project
during course titled: "Measurement and control devices". Device
communicates with PC application running under Windows
It consists of:
 | 89S8252 '81 series uPC |
| i2C bus - controlled TV tuner (50-800MHz) |
| DC/DC converter (5V), HV display
backlight supply |
| simple graphical display - the character
generator and all the software was implemented in '51 assembly language. |
| 8bit ADC and 8bit DAC used to set tuner's
gain and measure ones output signal |
| band-pass filters bank, detectors and
logarithmical amplifier |
