How do I search for text?

Searching a web document for a text string can be done in two ways. The "/" key invokes a WHEREIS search within the document. The "s" key invokes an INDEX_SEARCH of an ISINDEX document.

After a WHEREIS search finds a text string, a NEXT search (usually the "n" key) will move to the next occurrence of the string. When the "n" key is pressed after Lynx has found the last match, the search will restart at the top of the file.

Would you like to view the key bindings for the version of Lynx you are currently using? This won't work if you are not using Lynx, by the way.
