„Beyond first chance np bremsstrahlung in heavy-ion reactions at intermediate energies”
prelegent: dr Gines Martínez (SUBATECH Nantes, Francja)
Streszczenie: Dynamical evolution of hot and dense nuclear matter formed in heavy-ion collisions is studied via the production of energetic photons. A new generation of electromagnetic calorimeters as TAPS, has allowed to measure new contibutins to the photon spectrum, beyond the 1st-chance np bremsstrahlung. These effects are exploited to study pheonemena like multi-step processes in dense matter, density evolution of nuclear matter, thermal radiation from equilibrated matter, and, may be, the origin of multifragmentation process in this beam energy regime. After a short review of TAPS results in this field, I’ll show preliminary data of the experiment done at the AGOR accelerator (KVI) by the TAPS collaboration.
