Seminarium fizyki jądra atomowego
Dnia 27 kwietnia 2007 odbyło się seminarium pt.
„Lattice QCD Thermodynamics and Particle Production in Heavy Ion Collisions”
prelegent: prof. dr hab. Krzysztof Redlich (Uniwersytet Wrocławski)
Streszczenie: We will discuss the recent results on QCD thermodynamics calculated in Lattice Gauge Theory at finite temperature and chemical potential. We show how to possibly relate the LGT findings with heavy ion experimental data on particle production yields. We will analyze the properties of different particle excitation functions and fluctuations in a broad energy range from SIS up to LHC. The importance of charge density fluctuations in the presence of spinodal instability will be emphasized. (Wspólne seminarium z fizyki jądrowej i struktury jądra atomowego.)
