My profile at Research Gate
ORCID: 0000-0003-4149-9090

I am an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Physics (University of Warsaw). Previously, I worked at the Centre of New Technologies (working on my SONATA NCN grant) and at the group of Prof. Rebecca C. Wade (Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies, University of Heidelberg, Germany), where I contributed to the NMTrypI (New Medicines for Trypanosomatidic Infections) project. I completed my PhD under the supervision of prof. Joanna Trylska at the Faculty of Physics (University of Warsaw). During my PhD studies I also worked at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling (University of Warsaw).

Scientific interests:

  • Molecular modeling for drug–design purposes
  • Interactions of small drug–like molecules with macromolecular targets
  • Dynamics of biological systems (RNA, proteins, modified oligomers)
  • Allosteric mechanisms of enzyme activity
