Turtle-philosopher

I dreamt that I was imprisoned by a turtle-philosopher, who wanted to talk to me, and followed me incessantly, saying: «Solidarity, solidarity, but in life I feel vanity», while music played in the background. The turtle was several storeys high. I could fly though, so I tried to fly away from it, but I was slow, and I had to constantly fight my way through gates that suddenly were appearing from the walls to stop me, and through walls that were appearing as if they were made of nothing, which, when I tore them down, turned out to be made of sponge and barbed filament, which seemed to me to be a cheap and ineffective, but at the same time painful, idea.

I arrived at this strange place together with my travelling companions on a big old train, which unfortunately stopped for unknown reasons. The place seemed deserted to us at first. To the left of the road we arrived on, there was a very pretty picturesque mountain with a range of peaks, and descending slopes, overlapping each other as if in gradations of shades of green in an 8-bit palette. When we climbed this mountain, it appeared that there were strange stones and we could feel some kind of presence “in the air”. Suddenly I understood that this mountain was a trap – that it was in fact a graveyard of great ancient dinosaurs, and that this gradation was nothing more than the skeletons of subsequent bodies pressed against each other, covered with earth and overgrown with grass. As a result of my companions’ careless behaviour, we activated the spirits, which turned out to be stones that started throwing poo at us.

I went back to our train to set it in motion, so that we could drive away from there, but I noticed some little people next to it, messing something up. I started to chase them away, but then it became apparent that I was walking into the depths of a deserted prison-city, where walls had started to grow out of the walls, to trap me. And then I felt the turtle-philosopher’s body approaching behind me.
