2020 MSc thesis of Karolina Łempicka Resonant Faraday effect in dielectric microcavities with organic magneto-optically active layers was awarded in the 4th Competition for thesis with the highest commercialization potential organized by UOTT UW and the AOMB Polska.

about the past
In addition to my scientific research I was also working on the Internet popularisation program, as a member of the Warsaw University project "Internet dla Szkół" - "Internet for Schools" - IdS (http://www.ids.edu.pl, unfortunetely - does not exist any more) - head by dr Jacek Gajewski. In 1996 I wrote one of the first Internet handbooks published in Poland (see Trumpet Winsock (YES! Windows 3.0) and "Internet dictionary 1996", Eudora 1996 - e-mail client, Netscape Gold 1996 WWW browser, WS_FTP 1996 - FTP-client). These handbooks were distributed free of charge among the schools connected to the Internet by the "Internet for Schools" project.
